  • 3 spring onions, finely sliced
  • Large handful fresh dill, chopped
  • Large handful fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Half tsp dried chilli flakes
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
