- 4 large Romano peppers, halved lengthways and deseeded
- 400g turkey mince
- 150g cooked long-grain rice
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 200g tin chopped tomatoes
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 40g cheddar, grated
- Salt and black pepper to season
