Ingredients

For 2 servings

  • 300g raw tiger prawns, peeled
  • Large handful fresh Thai basil leaves
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 3 bird's eye chillies, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 2 tbsp groundnut oil
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and sliced
