- 200g tender-stem broccoli
- 3 spring onions, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp sake or dry sherry
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
