  • 250g tempeh, sliced into strips
  • 150g dried egg noodles, cooked
  • 3 tbsp smooth peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 red pepper, finely sliced
  • Large handful beansprouts
  • 2 tbsp groundnut oil
  • Spring onions and crushed peanuts, to serve
