  • 2 x 400g tins chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 200g baby spinach
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Salt and black pepper
