  • 300g raw king prawns, peeled
  • 1 x 290g jar roasted red peppers, drained
  • 50g blanched almonds, toasted
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 4 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 thick slice stale bread, roughly torn
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Fresh flat-leaf parsley, to serve
