Ingredients

For 2 servings

  • 2 x 140g salmon fillets, skin on
  • 150g dried soba noodles, cooked and drained
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Large handful baby spinach
  • 1 tbsp groundnut oil
  • 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds and spring onions, to serve
