- 2 x 140g salmon fillets, skin on
- 150g dried soba noodles, cooked and drained
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Large handful baby spinach
- 1 tbsp groundnut oil
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds and spring onions, to serve
