- Juice of 2 limes, plus lime wedges to serve
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- Small bunch of coriander, roughly chopped
- 225g large raw peeled prawns
- 1 ripe avocado, stoned and flesh scooped out
- 1 heaped tbsp soured cream, plus extra to serve
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 red pepper, deseeded and thinly sliced
- 4 flour tortillas
- Handful of mixed salad leaves, to serve
- Salt and black pepper
