Paneer Tikka Traybake with Peppers

Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 450g paneer, cut into 3cm cubes
  • 3 mixed peppers, deseeded and cut into chunks
  • 2 red onions, cut into wedges
  • 150g natural yoghurt
  • 3 tbsp tikka masala paste
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Fresh mint leaves and lemon wedges, to serve
