  • 225g paneer, cut into 2cm cubes
  • 300g frozen peas
  • 400g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 large onion, roughly chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 2cm fresh ginger
  • 2 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 100ml water
  • Salt to taste
