  • 2 tbsp white miso paste
  • 25g unsalted butter
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 pak choi, halved lengthways
  • Large handful baby spinach
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds, to serve
