  • 200g frozen sweetcorn
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes

  • 400g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Small handful fresh coriander, chopped
  • Salt and black pepper to season
