  • 400g firm tofu, pressed and sliced
  • 2 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame seeds
