- 250g cooked short-grain rice
- 2 tbsp gochujang paste
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 carrot, cut into matchsticks
- 100g beansprouts
- 100g baby spinach
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp toasted sesame seeds
- 2 spring onions, sliced
