- 450g halloumi, cut into thick strips
- 3 mixed peppers, deseeded and sliced
- 1 large red onion, sliced
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- ½ tsp chilli flakes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lime
- 8 small flour tortillas
- 100g soured cream and fresh coriander, to serve
