Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 450g halloumi, cut into thick strips
  • 3 mixed peppers, deseeded and sliced
  • 1 large red onion, sliced
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 8 small flour tortillas
  • 100g soured cream and fresh coriander, to serve
