- 1 x 400g tin cannellini beans, drained
- 200ml passata
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- Large handful baby spinach
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Fresh parsley, to serve
