Ingredients

  • 2 x 200g hake fillets, skin on
  • 120g cooking chorizo, sliced into rounds
  • 1 x 400g tin cannellini beans, drained
  • 200ml passata
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • Large handful baby spinach
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • Fresh parsley, to serve
