  • 2 x 200g cod fillets
  • 5cm piece fresh ginger, half julienned, half sliced
  • 4 spring onions, half sliced, half julienned
  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice wine (Shaoxing)
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp groundnut oil
  • 1 tsp caster sugar
  • 200ml water
