  • 250g raw king prawns, peeled
  • 300g cooked jasmine rice (ideally day-old)
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp groundnut oil
  • 100g frozen peas, defrosted
  • Salt and white pepper
