- 300g cooked jasmine rice (ideally day-old)
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp groundnut oil
- 100g frozen peas, defrosted
