- 200g dried rice noodles, soaked in hot water
- 3 tbsp light soy sauce
- 2 tbsp pear or apple purée
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
- 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
- 4 spring onions, sliced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
