  • 500g lean sirloin steak, very thinly sliced
  • 200g dried rice noodles, soaked in hot water
  • 3 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp pear or apple purée
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 1 red pepper, thinly sliced
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
