  • 400g lean beef mince
  • 400g cooked white rice (preferably day-old)
  • 100g baby spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 3 tbsp gochujang paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
