- 400g lean beef mince
- 400g cooked white rice (preferably day-old)
- 100g baby spinach
- 4 eggs
- 3 tbsp gochujang paste
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 4 spring onions, sliced
