Ingredients

  • 200g rice vermicelli, soaked in warm water for 5 minutes
  • 150g raw king prawns
  • 150g char siu pork (or chicken), sliced
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 2 spring onions, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Madras curry powder
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
