  • 3 tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced (plus 2 extra for the sauce)
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 400g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 400ml chicken stock
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to season
  • Flat-leaf parsley, to serve
