  • 200ml double cream
  • 100ml dry white wine
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • Large handful baby spinach
  • Juice and zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped

  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
