  • 4 x 140g salmon fillets
  • 200g Tenderstem broccoli
  • 150g frozen edamame, defrosted
  • 3 tbsp white miso paste
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
