For 2 servings
- 400g firm tofu, pressed and cut into large cubes
- 300ml dashi stock
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 4 tbsp potato starch or cornflour
- 3 tbsp vegetable oil, for frying
- 4 spring onions, finely sliced
- 50g daikon radish, grated
- Bonito flakes, to serve
- Shichimi togarashi, to serve
