Ingredients

For 2 servings

  • 400g firm tofu, pressed and cut into large cubes
  • 300ml dashi stock
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 4 tbsp potato starch or cornflour
  • 3 tbsp vegetable oil, for frying
  • 4 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 50g daikon radish, grated
  • Bonito flakes, to serve
  • Shichimi togarashi, to serve
