  • 1 small cauliflower, broken into florets
  • 2 red onions, cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp tikka masala paste
  • 200g fat-free Greek yoghurt (half for marinade, half for raita)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp ground turmeric
  • Small handful fresh coriander
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
