  • 500g undyed smoked haddock fillet
  • 340g tinned sweetcorn, drained
  • 600ml semi-skimmed milk
  • 400ml fish stock
  • 3 spring onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 medium potatoes, peeled and diced small
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp plain flour
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 3 tbsp single cream
  • Salt and white pepper
