  • 2 x 400g tins chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 400g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 200g baby spinach
  • 100g feta cheese, crumbled
  • 3 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Salt and black pepper
