Quick Chicken Tikka Masala

Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 600g skinless chicken breast, diced into 3cm cubes
  • 1 onion, finely diced
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
  • 400g tin chopped tomatoes
  • 150ml double cream
  • 1 tsp garam masala
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • Small handful fresh coriander, to serve
  • Salt to season
