- 600g skinless chicken breast, diced into 3cm cubes
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, grated
- 2 tbsp tikka masala paste
- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 150ml double cream
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- Small handful fresh coriander, to serve
- Salt to season
