- 500ml whole milk
- 40g unsalted butter
- 40g plain flour
- 150g mature Cheddar, grated
- 2 tsp Dijon mustard
- ½ tsp grated nutmeg
- 50g fresh breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
