Ingredients
For 4 servings
- 1 whole Camembert (250g), in its wooden box
- 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
- 3 tbsp clear honey
- 3 carrots, cut into batons
- 2 parsnips, cut into batons
- 2 red onions, cut into wedges
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
- Crusty bread, to serve
- Salt and black pepper
