Ingredients

For 4 servings

  • 1 whole Camembert (250g), in its wooden box
  • 3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 3 tbsp clear honey
  • 3 carrots, cut into batons
  • 2 parsnips, cut into batons
  • 2 red onions, cut into wedges
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves
  • Crusty bread, to serve
  • Salt and black pepper
