Pumpkin and Sage Gnocchi Bake

  • 500g fresh gnocchi
  • 500g pumpkin or butternut squash, peeled and cut into 2cm cubes
  • 150g Taleggio cheese, rind removed and cubed
  • 150ml double cream
  • 20 fresh sage leaves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 50g Parmesan, grated
  • Salt, black pepper, and grated nutmeg
