- 500g fresh gnocchi
- 500g pumpkin or butternut squash, peeled and cut into 2cm cubes
- 150g Taleggio cheese, rind removed and cubed
- 150ml double cream
- 20 fresh sage leaves
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 50g Parmesan, grated
- Salt, black pepper, and grated nutmeg
