- 2 garlic cloves, finely grated
- 1 red chilli, deseeded and finely chopped
- 600g chopped tomatoes (or cherry tomatoes)
- 400g orzo
- 800ml vegetable stock
- Small handful of flat-leaf parsley, roughly chopped
- Parmesan, grated, to serve (optional)
