- 500g baby spinach
- 200g feta cheese, crumbled
- 4 eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 large onion, finely diced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- Zest of 1 lemon
- ½ tsp dried oregano
- ¼ tsp grated nutmeg
- 6 sheets of filo pastry
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper
