  • 2 x 400g tins chopped tomatoes
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 x 125g balls of mozzarella, torn
  • 50g Parmesan, grated
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper
