- 2 x 400g tins cannellini beans, drained and rinsed
- 200g cavolo nero, stems removed and leaves roughly chopped
- 400g tin chopped tomatoes
- 600ml vegetable stock
- 4 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
- 1 tsp chilli flakes
- 1 tsp dried rosemary
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil, plus extra to drizzle
- Salt and black pepper
- Crusty bread, to serve
